I have read and agree to the FixedIt PC Customer Agreement (separate document) and have received a copy for my records. I confirm the device information listed above is accurate and that all items listed under "Items Included" have been received by FixedIt PC. I understand that FixedIt PC is not responsible for pre-existing hardware conditions, data loss, or software issues unrelated to the requested service. I understand that hardware in a deteriorated or failing state may not survive the repair process, and FixedIt PC is not liable for such outcomes. I have been advised to back up all data prior to service. I understand that estimated completion dates are not guaranteed and may be affected by parts availability or other factors beyond FixedIt PC's control. For custom builds, I understand and agree to the Custom PC Build Terms outlined in Section 19 of the Customer Agreement, including the parts payment policy, price fluctuation terms, labor warranty, and manufacturer parts warranty.
